Annie Chalex Boyle is an internationally recognized violinist acclaimed for her work as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral leader, and educator. A prizewinner in major competitions including the Klein and Menuhin International Violin Competitions, she has performed across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. As first violinist of the Harrington String Quartet, she toured extensively and recorded the complete quartets of Daniel McCarthy. She has appeared with top ensembles like the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and NPR’s Performance Today, and currently serves as Associate Professor of Violin at Texas Tech University.
